My first Polyvore group contest had ended ^_^v

I really spend a lot of time @_@ in it, BUT enjoying each and every set you guys submitted and pay 200% of my attention in selecting the top 12 winners.

There are a lot of talented designers out there for us to learn from each other, been great is all about sharing~~

Here, I would like to post all the 12 winners and share my opinions on the sets.

This is just my personal opinions.....

Your Fashion Sense - 7ths

1st Place

All I Ask of You by noknok featuring Manolo Blahnik shoes

If we see the items in set individually, those items will just be another pretty item that we see on the street.

But, is we see it as a set, it will be totally different.

First of all, the bottom is a girly skirt, it mix with the "little-sexy-top" in Silk/Cotton with lace had created a balance point between girly and sexy.

The main focus will be the shoes,

if today she mix it with a normal high heels, the overall look will just become "ok"~~
No "wow", no "gorgeous", just "ok"~~

but she mix with an ankle strap pumps which created the elegant feel where straps cover the ankle.

This is very suitable for all occasions and been able to grab the room's attention.

In this set, she had perfectly capture a great balance point between little sexy, feminine and elegant~~

2nd Place

~For Butkica~ by anjina (busy) featuring Zara bags

The dress and shoes itself already have a great feminine feel.

This set would be a fantastic choice for those who does not wish to wear like an grown adult, nor a teenager, she can choose to be in between, pre-mature-little-girl.

But, the main focus is the cotton tote bag which is the soul of this set and bring the overall feel to the next level by adding the feel of softness, gentle, little-girly, sweetness and nature.

For example, if she mix with a modern design leather bag, everything will be wrong.

3rd Place

Does anybody understand I'm IN LOVE by Summer Moon featuring Dior bags

Flora prints is HOT in this summer, a lovely dress with great colour scheme.

Shoes and bag match seamlessly with the dress.

The plain colour cardigan is simply a smart pick to mix along with the dress. If just the dress, only 1 word will appear --- lovely.

But the cardigan had created the possibilities of different feel other than lovely.

A plain lovely dress become an outstanding lovely dress!

4th Place

I dont know where i'm at, standing at the back, and i'm tired of waiting. by Delgira14 ♥ featuring Miu Miu shoes

Playsuit, another hot item in this summer.

The overall outfit colour is smooth and gentle.

But because of the lurex jacquard jacket, it had create another style --- smart and straight forward in showing your confidence.

Ball necklace and the heels with bow had indirectly make this style shine even brighter and trendier.

5th place

i gots tagged by Clue (: by connie and daniela. featuring H&M skirts

England-Flag-Print-Tee definitely is the star for this set.

This set is more towards girly rock style and suitable for girls around 20's who wish to try something they never try before.

To further strengthen the overall feel and attitude of this set, the black fake-leather boots is surely a must.

Once again, actually the items individually looks normal, but when they come together as a set, there goes the attitude like no body.

6th Place

A walk on the beach by kRISCHIGO featuring Oasis bags

A set towards casual look, the special part of this set is how she put to use the scarf and hat in making a normal casual look become her own eye catching and unique style.

The colour combination between purple and grey is undoubtedly soft and romantic, but the studded bag had add in the hardness, an interesting element to make it looks cool....

7th Place

We Are Our Own Demons by 'Linalove featuring Balenciaga shoes

Straight forward, I see you, your style, you attitude through this set.

Long sleeve with leather short is a fresh combination.

Leather short in nature have the wild and sexy feel, but this set had let me see something totally new.

haha, I also does not know exactly how to describe, but I can say it in this way :

All this time, leather for me is like a leopard which running around in the wild, jungle and hunting. But now I see this leopard stroll freely in the big concrete city with style and a cup of Starbucks in her hand~~~LOL~~~

8th Place

She was a Day... Tripper! — for shimmering_summer by daniella — birthday june 29th featuring Louis Vuitton bags

This set have the feeling of elegant, soft vintage and sweet-lady.

I can picture a lady wear on street and make guys look at her for the second and third times~~~

Accessories is something we uses to brighten our look, but in this set she used only a pair of earrings, a perfect touch to the style because the dress's "bow-belt" had fully present the feel, any further accessories would been too much.

9th Place

Summers of our youth by ralchi2008 featuring Willow tops

I ♥ how top combine with the bottom where the belt colour is a great separator between them and walk out with the shoes.

This set had fully present the vintage in soft romance or stylish romance.

Cardigan with the top/bottom can create the feel of soft romance.

But when swap the cardigan with jeans jacket or even wear them both, it will create another feel which is modern stylish romance.

10th Place

senza titolo by ollyolly featuring Mulberry

A set more towards sweet style.

The colour linkage between tank top and the skirt is surprising.

With the pearl necklace, it make the look become "princess" as if a girl who await the right one to protect her.

At this moment, I wonder if she could have the Vera Wang Princess perfume on her.

simply perfect ^^♥, doesn't she?

11th Place

In a Reflective Mood — for gitamalia by daniella — birthday june 29th featuring Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes

The style matching possess the beauty of minimalistic.

I see simple classic within this combination of white shirt and blue skirt, and some part of Stella McCartney's philosophy.

With a pair of clogs to fill in your strong individual identity.

12th Place

You know I Feel It In A heartbeat by ••❤Miss cutiepie❤•• featuring Matthew Williamson shoes

A sensational colour usage in this set,

but I see a new side of the plaid shirt because it mix with the dark colour skinny jeans which neutralize the original sensational it have to overall modern relaxing feel.

Satin shoes had been the factor in making the monotone overall style to become a more playfulness and exciting style.
